steps :
1. create a new workbook in Excel
2. Create a new Table as per shown above
3. Basic Salary I entered Rs.12000 in C3.
4. Enter keep formulas at appropriate places. 
Formulas Rules :
Basic salary        : user Defined
HRA                   : 20% on Basic+DA
DA                       : 10% on Basic
TA and OT          : User Defined
PF                       : 12% on Basic 
Esi                       : User defined 
Leaves , Bank loans , Adv Salary : user Defined
Net Salary : total Earnings - Total deductions
(note : these amount values are not constant you can change as per your requirement)

1. Create a new Excel Sheet
2. Create a Table shown above.
3. Enter a Formula at B5   ie: (=pmt(b3/12,b4,b2)) , like above shown. 
(note: b3 means  means Rate of int per year, b4 means  Terms of months, b2 means loan amount)
4. Now Press Enter Button 
5. You Will See EMI Value

2. Type your Formula at b5 (ie: =(b2*b3*b4)/12

Steps :

1. Create a new Excel File 
2. Go to "View" Menu 
3. Disable "GRIDLINES" (Remove the Tick Mark)
4. Now See. your sheet becomes White page.

STEPS :

1. Create a New Excel File 
2. Click office Menu -> Go to "Prepare" 
3. Click on "Encrypt Document" .















4. Type your Password in Text Box ( ***)
5. Click Ok 
6. Re-Enter Password in Text Box (***)
7. Click Ok.
8. Press Ctrl+S to save File.
